Summary

CyberWare was tasked with pitching a series of solutions for Nomadix. One was a portal builder that could be shipped with a Nomadix Gateway, administrators of Wireless networks could use the portal builder to create a branded portal that could easily be deployed onto their network and would create a method for guests to sign into their network.

I was responsible for creating several proof of concept designs:

- A video demonstrating how a mobile app for the portal builder would navigate
- A video demonstrating how a desktop portal builder would navigate
- A Prototype demonstrating how subscribers could manage an account
I was given a day to complete this task as it the project was assigned to me to go alongside some other materials in a meeting with Nomadix. This video was created to go through an on boarding process of uploading several images and selecting a template.
Some of the assets for this video were reused from a similar pitch we made for Zyxel.
Desktop Version

The Desktop Version is similar to the mobile version but it follows a design more like Pandadocs. Where you can drag and drop a series of widgets.
PWA Subscriber Portal

This part of the project required a lot more development than the other two in the initial phases. The idea was for users on a subscription based wireless network to be able to manage the many aspects of their account. The guest needed to be able to manage their data, devices and the amount of days they wanted on their account.

Below is the user flow for the prototype.
The Screens were created in Sketch and imported into Marvel for a prototype.
The next step was creating a Progressive Web App on a test environment. An important stage in this was deciding how the radius serve would authorise and remember existing users/devices. I have created a flow diagram for this below.
The following video is a tour of a working PWA that was created based on the prototype.
If you would like a more detailed report on the development of the progressive web app, please read the PDF linked bellow however it was created for an apprenticeship assignment so it uses language that is designed to meet a specific criteria.
